- Launch creative campaigns across email, in-app, and push—like energy deals, ecom promos, or big feature launches.
- Personalize our customer communication: Use segmentation and Liquid logic to ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right time.
- Localize automated journeys: Adapt key lifecycle flows to drive activations and reduce churn in your local market.
- Test and iterate: Monitor performance, kill what doesn’t work, and scale what does.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to keep our communications sharp, on-brand and effective.
- Track results: Monitor engagement KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements for content and strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or campaign management
- Experience with customer engagement platforms like Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp
- Excellent writing skills with a talent for simplifying complex concepts
- Curious, proactive, creative—and comfortable owning your projects
- Native Dutch and fluent English is required.
