You will be responsible for verifying incoming parts, organizing the warehouse, and coordinating dispatches while assisting in inventory control and reporting on parts availability.Job Responsibilities: * Parts Management: Shelving, picking, packing, identifying parts, and inventory control.
  • Storage & Sorting: Organizing parts according to the HQ-issued parts list.
  • Supply Coordination: Ensuring timely parts availability through ordering, receivables, and dispatch.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Monitoring part movements and addressing inconsistencies.
  • Quality Audits: Conducting regular inspections to assess part conditions.
  • Process Optimization & Compliance: Following and improving warehouse protocols to maintain operational efficiency and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Workplace Standards: Maintaining a safe, clean environment and completing leader-assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Parts Specialist in machinery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of parts management and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good general fitness and willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination
  • Computer and relevant software packages skills
  • Careful, punctual, positive, good team player and reliable.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
