- You are a proven Salesforce Professional. Salesforce professional with minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with a Salesforce Customer or Partner as an Administrator or Consultant
- You are multi-certified. Minimum required certifications include:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- You have excellent verbal communication and written skills in English - this is a must!
- You are willing to travel internationally to deliver training programs
- You have some experience in workshop facilitation, training delivery, or end-user training
- You must be located in The Netherlands and have the right to work in the EU - we are unable to offer visa sponsorships at this time
- A base salary of β¬3.500 - 4.000 monthly, depending on your experience and the type of contract. Potential for bonus structure.

- Flexible working: you are welcome to work in a hybrid-model between your home and our offices (with two days per week expected in the office on team days, Tuesdays and Thursdays).

- Salesforce Consultant (40%)
- Work directly with team members to build, extend, and implement custom and standard Salesforce solutions
- Maintain standard and custom Salesforce applications and ensure system integrity
- Document solutions and delivery in house trainings to team members
- Conduct system testing and work with third party integrations (Flair, Docusign, Slack, Aircall, etc.)
- Support users as needed with Salesforce adoption, resources, questions, and reporting
- Salesforce Trainer (60%)
- Delivery individual and group up skilling and re skilling trainings on core Salesforce functionality and clouds (Sales, Service, Platform, etc.)
- Measure the progress of all participants through quizzes, exercises, team challenges, individual feedback, and one-on-one sessions as per the program curriculum.
- Strengthen iur Salesforce curricula based on your experience, best practices, and insights into the evolving Salesforce ecosystem.
- Support the careers of our alumni and their success in achieving their technical Salesforce Certifications (Associate, Administrator, and App Builder)
