Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track, clean, and analyse marketing performance data across campaigns, channels, and regions.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as customer acquisition cost, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in user behaviour to support decision-making.
- Partner with the marketing team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest optimisations.
- Provide data-backed recommendations on budget allocation, targeting, and creative strategies.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining tracking solutions (e.g., UTM parameters, analytics tools, CRM integrations).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sources.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and CRM teams to design A/B tests and measure results.
- Support user segmentation and personalisation initiatives by analysing customer data.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with tools for basic data manipulation.
- Experience with at least one analytics platform (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and channels (SEO, PPC, affiliate, email, social).
- Genuine interest in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and data storytelling.
- Familiarity with SQL or basic querying skills.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, or similar).
- Exposure to the iGaming or crypto industry.
