
Senior Account Manager

- Identify and engage enterprise prospects, mapping solutions to their real business challenges.
- Lead and own the end-to-end sales process: demos, proposals, negotiations, closing.
- Develop and execute business and account plans to achieve and exceed quotas.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Represent Spacewell at client meetings, webinars, and industry events.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
- 5–8 years of B2B SaaS/enterprise sales success, ideally in PropTech, smart building, or workplace solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience with modern sales methodologies (MEDD(P)ICC, SPIN, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Tech-savvy, CRM-fluent, and eager to leverage AI sales tools.
- Growth mindset, collaborative, and results-driven.
- Background in business, technology, or facilities/real estate is a plus.
