You'll work at the heart of CRM marketing, making sure our messaging is not only on time but also aligns with adidas' brand standards and resonates with our European consumers.We're looking for someone who has a passion for digital marketing, a sharp eye for detail and a data-driven mindset.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver Best-In-Class CRM CampaignsOwn the executuion of personalized email and app push notication campaigns.Support the end-to-end process of campaign creation, from briefing to launch.Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling email and push notification content.Work with external agencies to ensure campaigns are flawlessly executed and on schedule.Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.Optimize & improve engagementContinuously identify opportunities to enhance email and push notification campaigns.Run A/B tests to refine content, timing and targeting strategies.Gather feedback from stakeholders and contribute to a backlog of improvements.Document and implement best practices for campaign execution.KEY RELATIONSHIPSWider Digital Activation TeamsGlobal Personalization teamOperations & Services TeamRetail teamGlobal ITExternal agenciesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience & Skills2+ years of experience in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment.Basic knowledge in respective domain (e.g. CRM, email & PN marketing, Consumer Engagement, etc.).Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams and functionsHTML knowledge and audience segmentation experience is a plusSoft SkillsQuick adaptability in a fast-moving business environment.Strong communication & negotiation skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders.Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign performance.Hard SkillsComfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies.Project management and project monitoring experience is a plus.Experience with process optimization is a plusFluent English (written and verbal).AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
