- Finding new prospects and improving lead generation tactics.
- Cold outreach via calls and email to qualify B2B prospects.
- Onboarding new accounts and managing them until the first booking.
- Conducting remote meetings and consistent follow-ups.
- Negotiating with advertisers to maximize mutual value.
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships.
- Planning business trips and attending industry events to acquire new customers.
- Gathering customer feedback to enhance value delivery.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs for advertisers and bookings.
- Continuously improving your sales skills and knowledge of local property regulations.
- Fluent in English and native-level German.
- Experienced in sales and eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot is a plus).
- Adaptable, communicative, and goal-driven.
- Energetic, optimistic, and a natural problem solver.
