- Preferably experience in a similar role in a large hotel;
- Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;
- You are proactive, stress-resistant, quality-focused, and have an eye for detail.
- Preparing dishes for the restaurant and meetings & events;
- Performing preparatory tasks for all dishes;
- Contributing to the innovation of dishes and menus with proactive ideas;
- Assessing the quality and shelf life of ingredients and ensuring the quality of outgoing dishes;
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing ordered food supplies;
- Keeping the work area clean;
- Guiding and training apprentice chefs.
