- Orchestrate Keysight 's resources to expand reach and achieve sales quota, selling our value proposition to key and geographic accounts (hardware, solutions, software), growing sales, increasing the number of customers by improving customer satisfaction and customer intimacy.
- Constant use of CRM systems, participation in continuous refresher courses on sales techniques and the evolution of the various technologies are fundamental elements for self development .
- Propose solutions to reference clients based on the technologies made available by Keysight and be innovative by identifying the needs and with the help of Keysight's technical organization (Application Engineers, R&D team, Project Managers), propose measurement and testing solutions.
- Using tools such as the Business Plan and Account Plan to plan his and other activities in order to reach his sales objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field
- 4-5 years' experience in R&D (RF, High complex digital ) or in measurement and testing departments
- Knowledge and use of electronic measuring instruments such as Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers (VNA's), oscilloscopes
- Knowledge of radar and EW system technologies, signal monitoring and telecommunications, quantum applications, digital and automotive systems
- 5 years minimum in sales of the above-mentioned measuring systems. Complex sales skills, use of CRM (Sales Force) tools and mastery of Account Management tolls, Business Plans, Account Plans, Forecasts reporting.
- Knowledge of markets related to Defence and Satellites , Telecommunications , Research and Development , Automotive .
- Fluency in English and Dutch
