- Be the primary point of contact and build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Take ownership on the customer experience:
- Understand customer needs and business objectives and offer the right solutions to
- customers
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Keep customers satisfied by delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
- Drive proactive new Sales, Renewals, and overall Opportunity Management
- Manage day-to-day Customer and Partner Requests
- Develop, maintain and execute an account strategy with short-/ mid-/ and long-term goals on:
- Account growth
- Profitability
- Customer retention
- Customer satisfaction
- Lead, moderate and orchestrate all activities on accounts
- Enhance organization’s reputation by taking ownership for accomplishing new and different
- requests; exploring opportunities to add value to our customers
- Track and forecast of defined account metrics, KPIs and financials
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics, business management, marketing, or a related field preferred
- A minimum of five years' experience as a Strategic Account Manager, or similar.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Native Dutch and Great English language skills
- Experience in B2B sales in a related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
- Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with minimum supervision
