  • Creating an understanding of customer needs and gathering relevant data/market insights;
  • Working closely with stakeholders to determine priorities and develop a roadmap (project plan);
  • Applying scientific and mathematical engineering principles to build a more efficient infrastructure;
  • Making translations between customer needs, warehouse operations, and processes;
  • Creating policies, procedures, and work instructions for new/optimized logistic concepts;
  • Continuously monitoring the market to identify new opportunities and gain competitive advantages;
  • Collaborating with a team of talented Engineers and reporting to the Manager Logistics Engineering.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, (Technical) Business Administration, or Engineering;
  • Demonstrated self-drive and persistence, coupled with a commitment to team and customer growth;
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at simplifying complex technical solutions for both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong interpersonal intelligence, capable of inspiring and leading individuals across various levels and backgrounds;
  • Proficient analytical skills, regularly conducting market research and utilizing data for strategic decision-making;
  • Experienced Project Manager with exceptional organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
