Location: LandsmeerIn the Customer Service Specialist - Order Management role you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities like order entry, general questions about the delivery of the products or returns, creation of new customers, and complaint management, via phone calls and emails you will answer the customer in the internally defined service levels and provide an excellence and professional service to the customers. You are solution-oriented and quickly find the resolution of the issue to keep our customer satisfaction high.What we offer:
  • 1-year contract via Kelly with intention for conversion to a permanent contract;
  • Start date: 1st of May;
  • Salary depends on work experience and education: between € 2,800 and € 3,200 gross per month based on 40 hours, excluding 8% holiday pay and traveling expenses;
  • Good working atmosphere within a dynamic organization;
  • 40 hours/week preferred, fewer hours is negotiable;
  • Starts as a 100% office position, hybrid format possible after the first few months (maximum 2 days work from home per week).
Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to customers with questions via email or phone according to the internal Service Levels;
  • Follow up with internal functions;
  • Follow up on complaints and include internal stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with Sales on customer expectations;
  • Collaborate with suppliers and carriers;
  • Collaborate with Warehouses in Germany and France.

Requirements and qualifications:
  • 2 - 3 years working experience in a Customer Service role;
  • Experience working in a complex organization (matrix organization);
  • Experience in order management or a logistic organization;
  • Experience in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in a professional way of communicating to customers;
  • Eager to learn;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (Written & Spoken) and French would be a positive addition (at least B2 level);
  • Driving license preferred (for getting to the location). Regional buses are there but are not very reliable.
