Besides specializing in therapeutic food and infant formula, they collaborate in researching several diseases to make patient`s life easier with their products.Role Description
As the Senior Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in transforming the client's approach to healthcare communications. This maternity cover position is based in Rotterdam and focuses on shifting from a traditional healthcare professional-led strategy to a holistic, patient-centered ecosystem. You'll lead brand development and integrated communications across therapeutic areas like Cancer Care and Frail Elderly Care, driving digital innovation and market impact.Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing insight-driven brand platforms that connect with both HCPs and patients.
- Leading the creation and deployment of global-local content, ensuring timely and relevant messaging across markets.
- Overseeing the rollout of a specific product's new visual identity in Europe and advise on brand positioning for markets such as AMEA and Brazil.
- Working closely with global and local teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Delivering key initiatives including the Cancer Care campaign toolkit and the Frail Elderly Care platform strategy for HCPs, patients, and caregivers.
- Using analytics to prioritize content and optimize engagement across channels.
- Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- 8+ years in healthcare or consumer industries, with expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and project execution.
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to activate insights from both consumers and HCPs.
- Experience in launching and scaling brand strategies globally and locally.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Patient-centric mindset with a passion for impactful storytelling.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
