This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start a career in market analysis and support functions within the automotive sector.In this role, you will:Analyze dealer service performance across various European markets.Monitor and report on competitor activity, with a focus on sales service levels and store quality.Conduct mystery shopping activities and on-site observations-frequent European travel is required.Identify market trends and service gaps using data analysis techniques.Develop visual dashboards and analytical reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Deliver engaging, well-structured presentations to internal stakeholders and team members.Candidate ProfileWe're looking for someone who:Is fluent in English and either German or French.Has strong analytical and observational skills.Demonstrates proficiency in Excel and Power BI, especially for data analysis and reporting.Communicates clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders.Is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.Is willing to travel frequently across Europe for field research and data collection.Key SkillsData Analysis & Insight ReportingMicrosoft Excel (Advanced)Power BI (Visualization & Forecasting)Business CommunicationMarket Observation & ResearchAttention to DetailMultilingual Communication (EN + German/French)What We Offer
