As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Sr Analyst, Supply Planning Process, EMENA will be pivotal in modernizing our operations capabilities across McCain Foods.Reporting to the Manager, SC Planning Process (EMENA), the successful candidate will represent a specific function (e.g., demand planning, aggregate supply planning, detailed scheduling) throughout our implementation of best-in-class technology transformation program. If you are ready to make a tangible impact on a global scale, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to lead within one of the world's premier food companies.What you'll be doing.Implement technology and process solutions for the EMENA Region in collaboration with the region and global team for their specific area of focus.Ensure adequate testing is completed for specific area of focus in EMENA Region.Collaborate with regional and global teams on business requirements and priorities into user friendly system capabilities.Ensure alignment between ERP and planning technology solution design and the globally consistent S&OP process.Engage with global and regional subject matter experts in their specific area of focus and incorporate feedback into the overall solution design.Prioritize system usability and end user adoption in the design of the system.Provide escalation of cross-functional decisions to Transformation Leadership Team.What you'll need to be successful.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of supply chain planning or related experience.Knowledgeable on process mapping and design.Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.Ability to work collaboratively across several functions and regions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose solutions.Continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action.Experience with successful deployment of ERP and/or planning technology (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, etc.).Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence.Meticulous and detail-oriented with a bias towards quality.Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.About McCain.to learn more about McCain and how we provide you with opportunities to make an impact that matters.Leadership principles.At McCain, our leadership principles guide how we engage with customers, collaborate as a team, and achieve success.
