Role Description:About the Role:The FP&A Manager for Enabling Functions & Workforce Management oversees MEC, financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for all enabling functions (e.g. People, Legal, Finance, Strategy) and consolidated workforce cost for Booking.com. This role will also work closely with BC craft and other FP&A teams to drive FP&A transformation agenda: increased forecast accuracy with support from ALML capabilities; moves away from manual processes, focusing on self-service, automation, and strategic decision support over transactional activities.This position reports directly to the Director FP&A – BPO & Transformation.Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:Act as primary FP&A partner for all Enabling Functions, providing guidance, analysis, and decision support for spend, FTE/resource planning, and operational investments.Lead the end-to-end workforce management process for Booking.com, including consolidated FTE forecasting, resource optimization, headcount tracking, and scenario development for capacity/resource planning.Develop and manage opex budgets and forecasts for enabling functions; analyze deviations, risks, and opportunities throughout the year.Consolidate and synthesize data from multiple sources to deliver robust, timely, and actionable financial and workforce insights to senior leadership.Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation through AIML powered financial forecast, self-service analytics, automation, and process simplification.Oversee preparation of regular and ad-hoc management reporting, highlighting key performance drivers, risks, and recommendations.Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with Booking.com policies and procedures across all enabling function spend and resource management.Support transformation projects including process improvements, tooling rollouts, and change management; deliver FP&A commitments on time.Monitor, measure, and continuously improve FP&A processes for greater impact, accuracy, and partnership.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Significant experience (typically 7+ years) in FP&A, business control, or financial management, preferably in large, matrixed, and/or technology-driven organizations.Demonstrated ability to manage opex/spend, support resource/workforce planning, and provide incisive business partnering for enabling functions.Experience with digital finance tools (SAP, Anaplan, Onestream); comfort learning new technologies.Strong analytical and data synthesis abilities with the talent to convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.Experience preparing presentations and reports for senior management.Strong change management and communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and drive transformation.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.Experience managing a team of junior & senior business controllers/financial analysts.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Benefits & Perks - Global Impact, Personal Relevance:Booking.com’s Total Rewards Philosophy is not only about compensation but also about benefits.
