You'll work closely with the compliance community, contribute to projects, trade, sustainability requirements across Richemont Europe,How you will make an impact:- Monitor and summarise development in product, trade regulations in the EU/UK context;- Assist in assessing the potential impact of regulatory changes and help prepare clear internal updates;- Support projects related to introduction of new regulations;- Help coordinate the compliance community by sharing updates, preparing materials, and supporting training sessions;- Assist in data collection and reporting on compliance performance, including non- conformities;Key responsabilities:Regulatory monitoring and support:- Stay informed on relevant EU and national requirements affecting products, trade and sustainability.- Consolidate and adapt regulatory information into user-friendly formats for different audiences.- Provide initial analysis to support decision making by senior compliance colleagues.Project participation:- Assist in compliance related projects, including regulatory watch, sustainability regulation initiatives, and trade compliance.- Coordinate with other functions (logistics, marketing, finance, sourcing, etc.) to gather required compliance information.Audit, Reporting & KPI's:- Supprots audits of processes for compliance with applicable requirements.- Help track and report compliance data and key indicators.Training and communication:- Assist in preparing training content on compliance topics- Help animate the compliance topics to Regional and Group community by sharing updates, best practices, memo's, newsletters, etc.How will you experience success with us?- Degree in Law, International Trade, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Interest in EU regulations for product, trade, and sustainability.- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to clearly summarise complex information.- Team player with good communication skills.- Proficiency in MS office; CANVA; SAP and Power BI knowledge are an advantage.- Fluency in English; French is a plus.Your journey with us:1.
