Change & Transformation ManagerRole Overview:
As a Change & Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the change activities within large-scale transformation programs for our client. This involves shaping, contributing, and monitoring transformation plans, focusing on the human side of change.So you will define the change approach and deploying it. Guiding individuals through their change journey, helping to identify risks and implement tools that enable positive sustainable change within the organization.Department:

6 months (with potential extension)Key Responsibilities:Deploy and build Change Management capabilities aligned with the company's transformation model.Shape and deliver communications and change initiatives to create a collaborative and connected transformation community.Foster a cohesive team culture focused on sharing, learning, and applying insights across the transformation network.Advise transformation leads on effective deployment of change programs and objectives.Track, report, and manage completion of change deliverables, identifying risks and proposing solutions.Develop change management deliverables including stakeholder maps, impact analysis, and communication decks.Manage communications to senior leadership and key stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:5-10 years of experience in change management, transformation programs, or change communications.Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional active listening abilities.Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, 6 Batteries of Change).Ability to work independently and manage complex communications processes.Highly organized, stress-resilient, and capable of operating in ambiguous environments.Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills.Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or Strategic Management preferred.Must-Have Qualifications:Proven experience with change management methodologies.Demonstrable success in leading previous change projects or initiatives.Affinity with engineering and technology-focused organizational cultures.About the Company:

Conditions:
  • Work in a dynamic, innovative company with focus on further grow
  • 32-40h a week
  • Location: Area Noord Brabant (with about 3 days a week at the office/2 day's remote)
  • Interim rate: € 80 - € 96 p/hr (including travelcosts) / Salary based on 40 h/wk: €7.500 - €9.000 per month (incl. all), depending on the level of seniority
  • Period: 6 months, with a possibility for extention
