- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in Container Refrigeration, industrial, marine, HVAC, or transport sectors
- Proven success in account management or channel development
- Strong commercial mindset and excellent communication/negotiation skills
- Based in the Netherlands and fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (up to 60%)
- Familiarity with container refrigeration shipping lines and container refrigerated repair facilities.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts and partners across EMEA
- Leading channel development and maintaining client relationships
- Driving sales performance and revenue growth
- Working as, and supporting a regional sales team (2 Sales Managers & 4 Customer Service Representatives)
- Acting as the customer-facing representative of Carrier
- International traveling up to 60% for client engagement and business meetings
