We deliver strategic advice and tailored, end-to-end solutions across sectors including financial services, life sciences, healthcare, the public sector, agriculture, and retail.Our multidisciplinary expertise covers the full data value chain:Data Strategy – Actionable, business-aligned AI and data roadmapsData Engineering – Secure, scalable, future-proof data architecturesAnalytics & Data Science – AI-powered tools solving real-world problemsDesign & Visualisation – In partnership with our in-house studio CLEVER°FRANKE, we turn complex insights into intuitive user experiencesFor this position, unfortunately we do not provide relocation, therefore we are looking for candidates living in The Netherlands (we are able to sponsor work visas).What you’ll be doingTake ownership of keeping our financial records and reports accurate, clear, and up to dateManage both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes end-to-end — from precise invoicing to timely payments — in a hands-on, detail-driven rolePartner with our accounting team to prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts that guide key business decisionsSupport audits and ensure we stay fully compliant with financial regulations and best practicesKeep our financial documents well-organized, ensuring the general ledger is always reliableProvide proactive administrative and operational support to colleagues across ADCSpot opportunities to improve accounting processes — and bring forward innovative solutionsContribute to a collaborative, high-performing global Finance team committed to excellenceHelp document and present financial data in a clear, compelling way for internal and external stakeholdersUtilise our softwares: Microsoft Business Central, Pleo, TimeChimp, OperatingWhat you’ll bring to the teamA finished bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field2–3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or similar role (professional services or consultancy experience is a plus)Proficiency with accounting software for data entry, invoicing, and financial trackingSolid Excel skills (formulas, basic data analysis, and generating reports)A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities smoothlyClear and confident communication skills — with colleagues, vendors, and clients alikeGreat time management skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentWhat we offer:At ADC, we don’t just offer jobs - we offer growth, impact, and a sense of belonging.
