Bij Schneider Electric willen we iedereen in staat stellen om het meeste uit energie- en hulpbronnen te halen.Wat ga je doen?Als Parttime (16-24 uur) Medewerker Order Management ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en controleren van facturen die voortkomen uit onze service operatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de planners en de financiële administratie om te zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie richting onze klanten.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Verzamelen en controleren van gegevens uit de planning voor facturatie
  • Opstellen en opdracht geven tot facturatie
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en het oplossen van facturatieproblemen
  • Onderhouden van contact met interne afdelingen en klanten over facturatievragen
  • Bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van facturatieprocessen
Wat breng jij mee?
  • MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in administratieve richting
  • Ervaring met facturatie of financiële administratie is een pré
  • Nauwkeurigheid, consistentie in je werk en goed oog voor detail
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlandse & Engelse taal
  • Ervaring met MS Office en bij voorkeur met Salesforce en Sap - of andere ERP-systemen
  • Beschikbaarheid van 16 tot 24 uur per week (in overleg) verdeeld over minimaal 4 dagen
