- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships within the region.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to support our growth objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market developments and identify commercial opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiation processes and close deals with a focus on win-win outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work intensively with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize CRM systems to monitor customer data, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or commercial partnerships in travel retail, or cruise retail.
- A completed bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong commercial instinct.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to navigate international environments, adapt quickly, and work across departments.
- Proactive and independent personality with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
