As a Manager Audit FSO, you'll be part of the Assurance Audit Financial Services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting intricate and targeted audit procedures, alongside crafting client-centric audit strategies.
- Guiding and overseeing a team of audit professionals, equipping them with resources, knowledge, and growth opportunities.
- Proactively fostering relationships to deliver customized services, address diverse assurance requirements, and drive business growth.
- Identifying and addressing potential risks, while innovating to enhance products and processes for increased revenue and expansion.
- Staying abreast of business trends and emerging technologies to maintain your trusted role as a business advisor.
Within the FSO Audit department, we focus on providing high-quality audits that serve the public interest and promote trust in business and capital markets. Our auditors use their knowledge, skills, and experience to deliver independent, honest, and objective high-quality audits. - Bachelor/Master degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- Minimum of 5 years' auditing experience in an accounting firm, preferably with FSO clients.
- Fluency in English and preferably Dutch.
- Internationally recognized professional accounting qualification (RA, CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in US GAAP and/or IFRS.
- A competitive salary that reflects your role and responsibilities, depending on experience and qualifications;
- In addition to your salary, you'll receive holiday allowance and an annual bonus (based on performance and development);
- You'll receive a 2 year contract for 40 hours;
