Job DescriptionOur client is a growing organization in the logistics and transportation industry. They are looking for 3 Operations Coordinator due to an expansion of the business. As an Operation Coordinator, you will facilitate smooth logistics operations, exceed customer expectations, and maximize efficiency. Coordinate between customers and warehouse for timely, quality deliveries. You will report to the Operational Manager, collaborating with internal departments and external clients in Amsterdam.Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent customer service by understanding needs and troubleshooting
Coordinate order processing for timely and accurate deliver
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to meet demand
Plan and coordinate logistics activities, including transportation and task allocation
Generate reports for performance insights and proactively address operational challenges
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent bilingual communication skills in English, Dutch is advantagous
Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation or supply chain
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
A bachelor's degree or equivalent
Resilient to pressure
The way of working: This position is for Mondays to Fridays and will be an onsite role in Amsterdam.Offer:
One-year contract with potential for permanent position
Competitive salary based on experience
Full-time employment with 26 vacation days and 4 ATV days
