Assist patients with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and mobility support
Monitor patient conditions and provide updates to the healthcare team
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance patients' well-being
Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas
Follow care plans and assist in daily activities as directed by nursing staff
Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records
Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance caregiving skills

Requirements

Experience as a health care aide or in a caregiving role is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor
Ability to work cooperatively within a team
Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new healthcare environment
Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare support or caregiving are an advantage
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
