- The Floor Manager works in a result oriented environment and is able to put KPI's into action that lead to set goals. Is aware of store targets and drives the team to achieve.

- The Floor Manager makes sure the guidelines of Karl Lagerfeld are met within all operational aspects. The operational proceedings include work focused on store atmosphere, POS transactions, stock and back of house. Also the procedures and processes of Health and Safety, Theft and Loss prevention.

- Responsible for correct communication and that it is understood and preformed correctly by the team (promotions, VM, HR etc.)
- Making sure that VM standards are met
- Training and coaching of the team with regards to Health and Safety and Theft and Loss
- People
- This involves the supporting responsibility for motivating the team and recognizing potential and development opportunities. The Floor Manager is responsible for the accumulation of knowledge of the team by using the House of Karl Manual and other sources.
- Development and keeping a high qualitative team
- Daily coaching of employees using all the tools provided by the company including product manuals, VM guidelines
- Feedback and recognition is given to the team individually to generate motivation and development
- Regular updates are given to the Store Director about team members
