As a Lab Support Employee, you will play a key role in enabling efficient operations within the Quality Control Microbiology & Pharmacology (QC-M&P) department. You'll support a team of approximately 55 analysts by ensuring the laboratory is well-stocked, organized, and compliant with internal procedures. This role offers a dynamic and varied workday, with opportunities to expand into administrative and control tasks over time.Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and order all required materials for the QC-M&P laboratory.
- Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve delays by liaising with suppliers.
- Handle returns and maintain tidy, well-stocked warehouse and lab environments.
- Ensure general cleanliness and order across the QC-M&P department.
- Support analysts by enabling timely execution of microbiological tests.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives and take ownership of support processes.Requirements
- Completed MBO-level education.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Independent, proactive, and a reliable team player.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
- Experience with GMP principles is a plus.
- Willingness to work up to 32 hours per week, preferably spread across 5 days.Other Information
