Business Development Manager - Solar

• Build and establish relationships to gain credibility in the market.
• Analysing macroeconomic factors which influence the economies and investments of countries targeted by the client.
• Assist in the development and launch of new projects, assess market size and define potential project concepts.
• Develop & implement technical methods and procedures for monitoring investment opportunities.
• Reporting findings to key management stakeholders.
• Build lasting relationships with market research firms including external consultants and auditors.
• Present technical feasibility analysis and identify key issues linked to opportunities.
• Coordinate with the financial analysts to prepare financial study and feasibility assessments.

• Ideally degree qualified in a relevant business field.
• MBA would be advantageous.
• At least 10 years’ experience in similar role or industry.
• Experience in delivering investment opportunities in the power / renewable / solar seector.
• Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the European electricity markets
• Able to demonstrate a proven track record in sourcing & executing power sector investments in European counties.
• Has a good understanding of macroeconomic factors within the European markets.
