
Manager, Channel Merchandising

- Lead the full Go-to-Market process with the support of the Senior Manager of Channel Merchandising for Wholesale.
- Manage the end-to-end SMU product creation in partnership with global and regional teams, aligning exclusive assortments that are Brand right and consumer centric.
- Deliver SMUs that seamlessly complement the inline assortment and elevate the overall consumer journey.
- Connect product, brand, and sport moments to create authentic, powerful and consistent engagement with the target consumer throughout the season.
- Establish a long-term vision of the assortment direction in collaboration with partners and the account to ensure future growth.
- Present the assortment direction and how it supports EMEA's long term strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work in collaboration with the POD across Commercial, Planning, Marketing and Product to build strong relationships to support the business throughout the season.
- Own analyzing sales trends and competitive landscape to generate recommendations for strategic action to meet performance objectives and the right consumer expectations.
- Leverage consumer insights to drive meaningful conversations with other partners and to identify incremental opportunities.
- Think strategically and present ideas on how to continue to evolve and improve processes.

- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Fluent in English.
- University degree
- 6+ years of global merchandising and/or product management experience, preferably within the sports apparel, footwear or accessory industry
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
- Work Schedule: Starting in October, teammates are required to work on-site for 3 days per week. This will increase to 4 days per week beginning January 2026.
- Travel: 20% of the year
