By managing the site, you will have a significant impact on both short- and long-term financial and operational objectives as defined by the regional business plan. You will lead, guide, and develop operational activities for food and pharmaceutical segments, driving meaningful results for the Business Unit. You will develop the operational capabilities of the site by applying LEAN principles, fostering a strong culture of safety and quality management, and implementing cost control and performance management methodologies to achieve Area targets. A high level of financial acumen – reading, interpreting and acting on P&L is your second nature.
