- Customer Service Representative: Coordination of supply chain processes to dedicated customers, in line with customer requirements and Goodyear's process guidelines and strategy.
- Customer Centric Supply Chain: First point of contact for customer inquiries regarding customer demands, product availability, delivery flow and supply chain related complaints. On top invoicing and after-sales services.
- One Team: Strong collaboration with sales and other functional areas to deliver operational excellence according to the one team philosophy.
- One Goodyear Way: Follow defined standards and guidelines and propose improvements in line with S&OP Class A mindset.
- Act as point of contact for internal- and external customers. Inform and report to internal- and external customers regarding customer order/delivery status and shipments. Share intelligence gathered with customers.
- Internal process coordination: Accuracy on regulations, customs control and invoicing all in accordance to predetermined standards. Contribute to improve forecast accuracy, in accordance with the sales team.
- Retread Production: follow up on repair orders with production scheduling and ensure in time delivery as agreed with your customer. Participate in plant related discussions and or projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Improve services and processes to meet and exceed internal requirements and customers's expectations.
- Build Talents and Teams: Continuously develop individual skills according to development plan. Contribute to projects, Internal and external Audits.
- 1-3 years work experience is desired
- - Ability and interest to work in international environment, English (and Dutch) is essential, French is a plus.
- - Able to interact with a wide variety (diveristy) of internal and external customers
- - Knowledge about Supply chain, incoterms, product and basic business finance
- - Teamspirit. Eager to learn. High sense of ownership.
- - Strong interpersonal skills / strong communicator / problem solver / accurate / multi tasking
- - IT Skills: Microsoft tools, SAP
