- Provide on-site support for executive users and coordinate events, ensuring smooth IT operations and experience at location.
- Maintain strong working relationships with local users, ensuring effective communication and visibility on IT matters.
- Ensures overall technical quality, performance, security, continuity, and availability of the products and sites in scope.
- Monitor all IT incidents & requests escalated by users in the local domain. Work with the respective Services and collaborate with the partners to ensure proper follow-up.
- Analyze problems and provide problem solving expertise to ensure complex issues are resolved efficiently.
- Workplace & End-User Support: Desktop/laptop, mobile devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), Teams Room Systems, AV/meeting room tech, device imaging, and patching.
- IT Infrastructure & Network: Hands-on with AD, M365/Azure, and network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Collaboration & Productivity Tools: Advanced support for Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive), identity/access management, and endpoint management (Intune).
- Incident & Problem Management: Strong ITIL-based troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and change control, ensuring minimal downtime, service continuity, and continuous service improvements.
- Asset & Vendor Management: CMDB accuracy, lifecycle management (procurement, deployment, disposal), and vendor coordination for mobiles, hardware, and support services.
- Consulting & Communication: Strong stakeholder management, user engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
