- New Business Development: generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Target shippers and carriers, understand their challenges, and tailor your pitch.
- Product Consultation & Demonstrations: be the expert on the CtrlChainTMS platform for both carriers and shippers. Deliver compelling and personalized SaaS demos to show the impact the CtrlChain system can have within their whole organization.
- Solution Selling & Deal Closing: guiding prospects through the different possibilities within the CtrlChain TMS and making a tailored offer based on their needs, taking into account the ROI and other key business outcomes (efficiency gains, time savings, and operational improvements). Run discovery, build value-driven proposals, and manage the lead-to-close sales cycle. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Account Handover & Upsell: partner with our Customer Success Specialist to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, while staying engaged to identify upsell opportunities and key commercial moments.
- Collaboration: work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to align messaging, share market insights, and influence roadmap decisions with customer feedback.
- Have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (Account Executive, Business Development Manager, or similar), or tech-enabled solutions, ideally in logistics, transport, or supply chain software.
- Are fluent in Dutch and professional in English.
- Excel at managing the entire SaaS sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close).
- Self-motivated and structured, with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota and revenue targets.
- Are tech-savvy and skilled at translating complex software features into clear business value.
- Possess strong communication skills, a structured approach, and a proactive mindset.
