
IT Software Procurement Manager

- Understand Flow Traders unique market positioning and procurement needs
- Independently complete procure-to-pay activities with high business value including processing purchase requests, vendor enrollment, generating purchase orders, contract uploads, and invoice management
- Lead sourcing activities, negotiations and contract award while managing stakeholder expectations to ensure the best interest of our internal stakeholders
- Act as a facilitator and build solid relationships with stakeholders and vendors driving and sustaining communication channels to create a strategic network of partners
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, including legal and ethical considerations which add best business value
- Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement by challenging current processes
- Manage individual projects directed towards the team's overall strategy, possibly managing small sub-teams for projects of medium impact
- 3+ years' experience in IT Software procurement, purchasing, or supply chain ideally in a FinTech environment
- University degree, in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with expert level knowledge of commercial markets and emerging technologies
- Ability to make decisions, cope under pressure, and adapt to changing situations in a collaborative and fast paced environment
- Advanced understanding of IT Services and SaaS business models
- Ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently and take full ownership of your projects
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken; Dutch communication skills are a strong plus
- Knowledge of EU financial compliances and regulations (DORA, EBA, AFM, ESG), a strong plus
- Experience with different iterations of ERP & Procurement systems, a strong plus
