- A salary in FG 4 of the Horeca CAO;

- Preferably experience in a similar role in a large hotel;
- Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;
- Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
- Independently managing various shifts (morning and evening) with a guest-centric approach.
- Processing payments using an (automated) cash register system, handing over the register at the end of the shift, and accounting for received funds and credit card payments (the entire hotel is cashless).
- Operating the hotel's telephone switchboard.
- Handling guest complaints.
- Being the first point of contact for guests in the lobby.
- Assisting guests at the kiosks.
