
Radar System Engineer

- Collaborate with radar architects and various engineering specialists in multidisciplinary teams.
- Serve as the technical and functional bridge between system architecture, hardware, software, and test engineering.
- Design and validate innovative radar capabilities, from concept to implementation.
- Optimize radar performance by finding the balance between functionality, quality, and cost.
- Solve technical challenges using both abstract system knowledge and detailed insights.
- A typical workweek includes team meetings, technical analyses, design sessions, and close collaboration with domain specialists. You will work on concrete products such as the GM200 MM/C or the NS50.
- You hold a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field.
- An analytical and creative problem-solving mindset.
- The ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- The talent to find the right balance between perfection and speed.

- Experience with radar technology is a plus but not a requirement - your eagerness to learn and technical foundation are what matter most.
