The client is dedicated to advancing technologies that improve treatment outcomes and enhance quality of life globally.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated HRBP to support our Human Resources team in delivering smooth and efficient operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and records management. It is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional looking to build a strong foundation in HR within a fast-growing, leading industry.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary HR contact for two partner entities, providing day-to-day support on HR matters.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exits.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace issues, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
  • Support learning & development initiatives, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement activities to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with central HR team on compensation & benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
  • Track, analyze, and report HR metrics to support data-driven decision making.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering or generalist capacity.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, healthcare, or medical devices industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

CompensationCompetitive monthly salary upto €5,000 depending upon experience and qualifications.
