All rights reserved.Let's paint the picture of the roleAs an intern in our Project Management Office (PMO) within Global Business Services (GBS), you will gain hands-on experience by supporting global transformation projects - mainly in HR, Finance, and related domains. You will be involved in key administrative and coordination tasks, work closely with experienced Project Managers, and contribute to meaningful initiatives across a diverse, international environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport 1-2 global projects or transitions alongside experienced project managersCoordinate and organize recurring meetings, sessions, and workshopsTrack progress and contribute to monitoring project goals and timelinesPrepare project documentation, meeting agendas, invitations, and minutesFollow up with stakeholders to gather input and ensure deliverablesCollect and compile KPIs and project data for reportingAnalyze and present project metrics (cost, time, quality)Develop engaging project presentations for internal stakeholdersMaintain and clean up the digital project document libraryAssist in improving internal PMO tools and processesManage and respond to project-related queries and emailsWhat do you need to be successful in this roleYou are currently enrolled in the 3rd year of a Bachelor's program or a Master's degree (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, International Relations)You are available 4-5 days per week (32-40h/week)Excellent written and spoken EnglishStrong organizational and time management skillsProactive, hands-on mindset with attention to detailConfident communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDigital literacy and adaptability to new toolsMotivation to work in an international and fast-paced environmentWhat do we offer in return
