Job DescriptionThe Strategic HR Business Partner works closely with business executives as the strategic face of the HR function. This role is crucial for driving long-term business change, ensuring smooth HR processes and highly motivated and high-performing people who feel rewarded and recognized. Each Strategic HR Business Partner is responsible for their own business line (Assurance, Advisory, Business Services, Partner affairs) and works closely with the designated HR Business Advisors within this department.Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in HR business partnering within large, complex organizations, with a strong ability to translate business needs into strategic action.
  • Proven skills in project and program management, organizational change, and strategic HR advisory.
  • Deep expertise in performance management, talent evaluation, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in survey analysis, health & wellbeing metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HR systems and tools.
Additional Information
  • Gross salary between € 4.825,- and € 7.935,- per month depending on your work experience; annual performance bonus, mobility allowance, a fixed expense allowance, and a working from home allowance of €2.40 per working day.
