- Manage and deliver projects in line with internal procedures and international standards
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Complete all required toolbox training.
- Develop and follow up on project-specific SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) plans.
- Report near misses, incidents, and unsafe situations to the QSHE department.
- Take immediate action to stop work if safety is compromised.
- Effective Communication – Clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
- Business Acumen – Understanding of business operations and financials.
- CCP Process Knowledge – Familiarity with Customer Centric Processes.
- Contract & Claims Management – Skilled in handling changes, claims, and negotiations.
- Project Planning & Organization – Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Project Leadership – Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Risk & Opportunity Management – Proactively manage project risks and opportunities.
- Influence & Persuasion – Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Customer Focus & Collaboration – Build strong relationships and foster teamwork.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial automation or software solutions.
- Knowledge of international standards (ISO, IEC) and safety regulations.
- Strong command of English; Dutch is a plus.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
