In Delft, we’re looking for a Lead Mechanic to join a fast-growing bike subscription service.Wat ga je doen?What will you do?As the Lead Mechanic, you guide a team of mechanics in the warehouse. You keep the schedule on track, make sure tasks are clear, and jump in whenever extra hands are needed. You check the quality of the work, monitor the daily targets, and ensure smooth teamwork. You’ll also be in regular contact with the district manager and other leads to keep everything running efficiently.Who are you?You love working with your hands and have a passion for mechanics. With 1–2 years of leadership experience (team lead, shift lead, or similar), you know how to motivate people and keep a team on point. You have at least an MBO level 3 diploma, speak English fluently (Dutch is a plus), and you’re a real team player who enjoys working in an international environment.Where will you work?You’ll join a company that makes cycling accessible through a bike subscription model. From the warehouse in Delft, you and your team make sure members always have a reliable bike on the road. The atmosphere is international, down-to-earth, and supportive, where hitting targets goes hand in hand with having fun together.Wat wij bieden

Salary between €2,684 and €2,892 gross per month;
37 paid days off per year;

1–2 years of leadership experience;
