Over de functieAs a truck driver at DHL eCommerce, you play an important role in ensuring that daily logistics operations run smoothly. Based in Zwolle, you will ensure that goods are transported safely and efficiently, mainly to business customers. With your customer-friendly approach and driving skills, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction. You will have the freedom to plan your own routes within the set time slots, ensuring a varied and independent working day. You are preferably available full-time (Monday to Friday). A 4-day working week is negotiable. In this position as a truck driver, you will work during the day shift.What you will be doing as a truck driver at DHL eCommerce:
🕗 Your working day starts around 8:00 a.m. with a cup of coffee.
🚛 You will then load the truck yourself and hit the road.
📍 Every day, you will visit 15-25 customers to unload or load pallets with cargo.
🦺 You will load and unload your truck independently using an EPT.
🗺️ You will have the freedom to determine your own route, taking into account any time slots.
🏭 Between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the latest, you will be back at the depot, where you will ensure that the truck is empty and tidy.Wat bieden we jou
  • Salary in accordance with the collective labor agreement, ranging between €2,600 and €3,000 gross per month for full-time employment (amount depending on experience).
  • Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment if performance is satisfactory.
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one way).
  • A full-time job for 40 hours per week.
  • Extensive induction program under the guidance of a mentor.
  • 8.33% vacation pay, accrual of leave hours, and pension.
  • Further training for Code 95 via Easy Way Transport.
Functie-eisen
  • You have a valid Class C driver's license with Code 95.
  • You have a valid tachograph card.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or English.
  • You are presentable and customer-friendly.
  • You are able to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
  • You live within a radius of max. 40 km around Zwolle.
