Organizational Change Manager

We are seeking a senior-level Organizational Change Manager to lead and manage the human aspect of this transformation. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the adoption, sustainability, and success of the change initiative by:
- Engaging stakeholders on HQ in The Netherlands and at the D&E department in the US.
- Addressing risks associated with resistance to change.
- Driving communication and training strategies.
- Implementing change management frameworks and best practices.
- Change Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the project's implementation.
- Collaborate closely with program managers, project teams, and leadership to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior and middle management.
- Identify, map, and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring engagement and buy-in at all levels.
- Communication & Training:
- Develop and execute communication plans to clearly articulate the benefits and impact of the transition.
- Lead training initiatives to prepare stakeholders for new systems and processes.
- Risk Mitigation:
- Identify and address resistance to change.
- Define and implement interventions to manage change-related risks.
- Sustainability:
- Ensure long-term adoption of the new system by embedding change into operational DNA.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure adoption and impact.
- Education & Experience:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in senior change management roles.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale business transformation projects within complex, technical, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Change management models & methodologies.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to navigate political and tactical challenges within an international organization.
- Results-driven, proactive, and pragmatic mindset.

- Interim rate: €90-€100 / Salary €8000,- - €9000,- FT, depending on the level of seniority
- Period: at least a year
- Able to travel frequently to the US (about one week a month)
