We’re looking for a motivated and curious person to join our Customer Success team in Amsterdam. You don’t need years of experience - if you speak Dutch and English fluently, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn about technology and customer relationships, we’ll teach you the rest.What you’ll do
- Be the first point of contact for our customers - answering questions and helping them find the right solutions.
- Support the onboarding of new customers and make sure they know how to use our tools and services.
- Help prepare simple reports, presentations, and meeting notes for client calls.
- Work closely with our Sales and Service teams to make sure customers are happy and supported.
- Spot opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the team.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
- Organised and able to manage your time effectively.
- Eager to learn about technology, sales operations, and customer success.
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team.
