- You will ensure the timely process and sending of invoices across multiple sales organizations.
- You will be responsible for controls & reconciliation of complex multi-system billing interface.
- You will manage invoice issue resolutions for EMEA & APO.
- You will be part of different integration projects and ongoing continuous improvement efforts
- You will create in SAP invoice corrections in answer to customer claims.
- You will process rebate schemes in SAP according to specific timelines and in collaboration with other finance departments.
- You will review information and determine correct procedures so accounts, systems and databases will be updated properly, and you will contact related departments, Employees, and others as needed to clarify information.
- You will input data into accounts, systems and databases according to established guidelines and procedures.
- You will Audit, validate and reconcile data for accuracy to ensure adherence to established policy. You will resolve discrepancies and make corrections as needed and facilitates collection activities as appropriate.
- You will respond to and research questions and issues as needed and collaborate with related departments to exchange information. Consults and interprets appropriate policies as appropriate and resolves issues.
- You will understand the business and provide support to sales, marketing, customer support and other areas to further business objectives to identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementation
- High School degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. University degree or equivalent preferred.
- Data entry skills, including accuracy and speed in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
- Ability to work with a variety of systems and databases. SAP knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and thorough.
- Good customer service skills, with the ability to exchange information with a wide variety of people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English Language.
- Organized with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work both individually and as a team player.
- PC skills, including Microsoft Office and preferably SAP.
