Flow Traders is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our Recruitment team in our Amsterdam office. The ideal candidate is proactive self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented environment. We value quick-witted, creative minds and challenge them to make full use of their capabilities.In the role as Campus Recruiter you will be involved in several aspects of recruitment. It is important that you are structured, driven, and creative in challenging the status quo. You will be responsible for finding the top talent at several universities across Europe, building relationships with study associations, presenting at lectures and career fairs and organizing many in-house events such as chess tournaments, company visits and in-house days. It is important that you are able to handle pressure, manage several tasks at the same time and that you can take initiative.What You Will Do:
  • Understand Flow Traders' core business and the specific recruitment requirements for different departments (Trading, Technology and Business Support)
  • Travel up to 60% of the time across Europe during the months of April, May, October, and November to recruit top university talent
  • Organize events with study associations and maintain relationships with universities
  • Create and host various recruitment events such as in-house days, career fairs, lectures and much more
  • Create employer branding and sourcing strategies
  • Analyze current recruitment trends and optimize our campus recruitment approach
  • Deliver a great candidate experience during the process
  • Build strong relationships with the hiring teams
What You Need to Succeed:
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Communications or related fields
  • University degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business Administration or related fields
  • Strong communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Assertive, pragmatic, resilient with a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong personality with the ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Currently based in The Netherlands
