
HR Generalist (part-time)

- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing HR reports and overviews
- Coordinating leave, absence, and sick leave registration
- Administrative support in recruitment and selection
- Preparing the payroll administration
- Communicating with employees on HR-related matters
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A few years relevant HR experience, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Confidence in navigating both corporate and local workplace settings.
- Strong understanding of labor laws to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), with familiarity in SAP and SuccessFactors being a plus.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, a structured approach to work, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
