Are you ready to lead the creation of world-class superyachts? We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of yacht construction—ensuring that engineering, production, and supplier efforts align to deliver a vessel of exceptional quality.FunctieAs a Project Manager, you are part of an ambitious project team tasked with building some of the world’s most prestigious yachts. You are responsible for managing a defined scope within the project, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that planning, quality, and budget targets are achieved. You report directly to the Project Director and play a vital role in maintaining momentum, alignment, and client satisfaction.Your role will involve:
  • Executing project-related activities for your assigned scope, internally and externally
  • Managing and aligning internal teams, co-makers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Contract management of both client scope and third-party contracts (including escalation responsibilities)
  • Identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with engineering, production, and external partners
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all involved parties
  • Reporting progress and making proactive adjustments to stay on target
Voorwaarden
  • University degree or Higher Vocational Education (HBO) in a relevant technical or project management discipline
  • inimum 5 years of experience in the maritime or yacht building industry
  • Strong ability to oversee the full project scope with a helicopter view
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and proactive decision-making
  • You take ownership, delegate effectively, and anticipate challenges early
  • Team-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality results
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus
