We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of products from concept to launch. You will be in charge of existing & new products for iBabs, our flagship suite for the public & semi-public sector.In this role, you will be part of shaping the iBabs growth trajectory and collaborate with diverse teams, champion customer needs and drive strategies that deliver both business value and exceptional user experiences.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and improvement of a group of products in alignment with the Product roadmap and market needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, finance, compliance, design, marketing, and sales) to bring ideas to life
- Partner with customer facing teams and customers to make sure we have an accurate & detailed understanding of our client needs. Identify growth opportunities
- Influence product design and technical features in collaboration with engineering and IT teams
- Develop business cases & define and execute go-to-market strategies based on insights and research
- Conduct competitor analysis for a particular product offering, functionality, pricing and market penetration to recommend improvements to enhance iBabs’ market position
- Create P&L/data-driven, client-focused business cases that balance user value with cost efficiency
- Monitor pricing strategy to ensure it’s competitive, customer-friendly, and compliant
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, business development related roles.
- Experience in working in an international environment, developing products in multiple geographic locations
- Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle, with demonstrated experience bringing a product from ideation to launch
- Demonstrated experience creating clear and detailed PRDs for complex products, including the ability to break large projects down into shippable milestones.
- Strong collaboration skills to manage a wide range of both business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
- Project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.
- Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer oriented and numbers-driven approach to work
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required
- Affinity with the Dutch public sector is a great plus!
