
Deputy Operations Manager

- Collaborate with Site to tackle operational topics and advance where necessary
- Coordinates supplies and monitors and reports progress and achievements regularly to all stakeholders
- Improve customer benefit of services provided while at the same time having a strong focus on financial success of Siemens Energy. Build situations of mutual benefit for the parties involved
- Responsible for meeting all project achievements and technical objectives
- Support of relevant EHS processes and measurements
- Support of Site Management in GRT so that incentive/LD discussion with customer can be done in due time
- Follow up on technical topics where needed. Make contact to engineering to feedback site experience
- Liaise and negotiate with 3rd parties on contracts, organization of work and administration of logistics
- Supports pre-and/or post sales technical product advice for development, implementation and operation of customer solutions
- Ensures accurate documentation of project results, and of all products or technologies delivered.
- You hold a degree (in Engineering or Industrial Engineering) as educational background.
- Strong willingness to improve existing processes and drive other business units to support as necessary
- Passion for operations and safety
- You have 5+ years of experience on a similar role or working in the industry
- You are proficient in English and Dutch
- A sound technical background and validated skills are a plus
- Experience in Project Management (e g. PMI or IPMA Certification) is a plus
- Ability to travel and to work partly offshore are a must
- Customer focus and professional abilities towards clients, colleagues and management are self-evident
